all digital items are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered, as they cannot be returned or revoked.

art prints & physical items

we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

however, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you.

damaged or incorrect orders

if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please email hello@ptaradesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the item and packaging

once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

returns

approved returns must be sent back in their original condition. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

refunds

approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take a few working days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
